How does the booking process for the workshop work?
To begin, you can either fill out the application form or contact us in any way convenient for you. The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, of course! You will need to provide your company details: name, full address, email, and the TAX ID (VAT number) of your country.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can make the payment through Stripe. For payments from the USA and Canada, there will be an additional fee of €50 (for the full workshop payment).
Will there be a theoretical part included in the workshop?
No, the theoretical part is not included, as the workshop is designed exclusively for building a photographer’s portfolio. It is not a masterclass. If you would like to receive additional information or book a consultation with Nick or Irena, you can do so privately online for an additional fee.
Are the models at the workshop professional and real couples?
All models participating in the workshops are professionals and work for a fee. However, it is not always possible to find real couples. Nevertheless, the atmosphere between the models is created to be as close as possible to real romantic relationships, hey may hug, hold hands, stand close to each other, and convey the feeling of genuine romantic connection.
What are your refund terms and conditions?
Unfortunately, the paid deposit is non-refundable according to the Terms & Conditions.
How is the shooting organized at the workshop? Will I have enough time to capture all the moments?
Usually, we organize 2 groups of 5–6 people each, and each shooting stage lasts about 15–20 minutes. Sometimes both groups work in parallel (one with the groom, the other with the bride), and then they switch. When photographing the couple together, the photographers are also divided into groups, but one group waits while the other finishes the session.
How many participants typically attend your workshops?
At our workshops, there are no more than 12 participants, which allows each attendee to capture a sufficient number of shots. We prioritize quality over quantity.
